mirror mirror

mirror, mirror on the wall
ruthless to your victim
suiting you becomes my love
tied to my reflection
hunger takes a hold of me
making my decisions
glossy fashion magazines will feed my new addiction

What do you deserve

Many times when I’m watching television, I hear someone say the phrase: “I deserve it.” Just last week I heard someone say “I deserve to be loved.” My opinion is that you deserve nothing. The world does not own any of us anything. If you want something, you have to earn it. To earn what you want, you have to work for it. You have to work hard and be dedicated to achieve your goals in life. Nothing is supposed to come easy. If everything came easy in life, we’d all be weak pathetic human beings who doesn't learn new skills by making mistakes and doesn't get stronger by getting hurt.

For example you will never achieve your goal weight without working hard for it and if you lose a great amount of weight by being on a non-nutritional diet or just plain starving, you would not be able to keep that weight that low. You will either get fat again or die.

My point is that you are in control of your body. You are the sculptor of your body and you can transform it in any work of art. All it require is dedication, patience and hard work. You have to work harder than anyone to get what not anyone can get. You know you can. You know you are stronger than the others who have failed.

Now go out and show them how it’s done because when you really do work hard, you wil ge the body you want and DESERVE

Stay motivated

For those of us who isn't in the best shape and want to improve our health for  any reason, it may be health or it may be to gain confidence, we have one thing in common: It is not as easy as it looks. People always think that when you start to diet and exercise, your weight just go down and keep going down until you reach your goal weight, but it is not like that. When I started dieting, my weight was 178 lbs. the next week it would drop easily 2 pounds, but then it would stand still for a day or two or gain one pound again. I was feeling so discouraged that I wanted to throw in the towel for good.

My point is that the route to success is not just a straight, easy line. If it was so, we’d all have a perfect body like Taylor Swift, which is by the way, my thinspiration. It is hard work to achieve your ideal weight. You have to earn your body. Don’t give up, motivate yourself every day and motivate others too. You can do it, in fact, I believe any one can lose weight.

Do it for every time you looked in the mirror and didn't like what you see.

Do it for every time a guy wouldn't look twice at you but will fall for a skinny girl who is only interested in playing with his heart.

Do it for every time you had to miss out on life because “the fat girl” wasn't invited.

Do it for yourself, for confidence and to be the best and most beautiful person you were destined to be.

We are all born beautiful. Don’t let a layer of fat cover op your true beauty.

new years thinspo

This is a new year and a new chance to create a new and better you. It is time to take the pen in your hand and start writing your own life story.

How do you want to be remembered? As the fat lazy girl who no one seems to notice or as that beautiful girl who didn't gave up on herself and who is stronger than they all think, because she who has been fat and ugly is now flawless and unreachable.

This is the year I will reach my goal. This is the year I will stay motivated and this is the year I will write my own story and sculpt my body the way I like it. This is my body and I am in charge of it, not it in charge of me. I will have the willpower to say no to unhealthy food and being lazy and say yes to healthy and getting skinny.

I am in control and I will be flawless
